Pass the NCLEX, or your money back.

Reach Level 5 in all eight categories. If you still fail the NCLEX, we refund what you paid.

That's the deal. The app keeps this score and you can see it yourself on every category. No forms, no tracking your study habits for you, nothing to prove beyond your result.

The one requirement

Level 5 in every one of the eight NCLEX-RN Client-Needs categories. The app tracks your level in each category separately, and every category counts — that mirrors the real exam, which samples all eight.

  • Management of Care18%
  • Pharmacological and Parenteral Therapies16%
  • Physiological Adaptation14%
  • Safety and Infection Prevention and Control13%
  • Reduction of Risk Potential12%
  • Health Promotion and Maintenance9%
  • Psychosocial Integrity9%
  • Basic Care and Comfort9%

Level 5 is 129 correct answers in a category — about 1,000 across all eight. Your level is on your profile and updates as you answer.

How to claim

Email support@nclexkingdom.com with your official NCLEX result showing the fail. We'll take it from there.

The honest part

If you don't reach Level 5 in every category, we can't refund you. That isn't us being difficult — it's the point. This app works when you use it.

How we pay

We refund what you paid us for the app. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, we still refund you directly — you shouldn't have to chase a store for a promise we made.

Small print worth reading

  • One claim per person.
  • Your subscription must have been active while you were reaching Level 5.
  • The guarantee covers the NCLEX-RN. It does not cover the NCLEX-PN or any other exam.
  • We may ask for information needed to confirm a claim. We will never ask for your password.
  • This guarantee is part of our Terms of Service, which govern how it works.
